I cant download on baidu

I can not download the purchased photo set because on the baidu download page it wont allow me to download it without login, but I need to enter my phone number to registrate, but it wont let me enter my whole phone number.

Baidu Netdisk Registration for Foreign Users
1. Go to the Android App Store or Apple App Store and search for "DuSmart Speaker" to download and use. 2. After installation, open the DuSmart Speaker App and register your Baidu account according to the prompts on your phone.
3. Once successfully registered, remember your account and password as they are common with your Baidu Netdisk. First of all, download a DuSmart Speaker App on your phone. Open it after downloading, agree to the user agreement and so on, and then proceed to the next screen. Go to the Login page, click the "Register" button at the bottom of the page, and then select +1 where +86 is displayed (or select your country code), followed by your phone number. Click to agree to the agreement and click "Register Now". As long as your phone number has not been registered before, you can register and bind your current foreign mobile phone. Then enter the username and password setting page, after the system sends you a 6-digit temporary code, you just need to fill it in and then press "Register". If everything goes well, you will have a Baidu account! Keep your account and password firmly in mind. This account can be used on all Baidu Apps, including Baidu Netdisk. You can now log in to Baidu Netdisk with your registered account.

Can't find any "DuSmart Speaker" App in the play store, is it maybe this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.baidu.searchbox ?

Is there a new way for european users? I used a workarround with a leech site last time but this site dont operate anymore sadly so I am now without an option to download my purchased pic sets
