Overseas link not added!

this has been happening alot lately...it says the overseas link is ready but when you purchase the set it's not there! I just bought this set and overseas link missing. You usually give a warning if it's not ready but this one said it was supposedly ready. So can you add the overseas link to this set of pictures i purchased please.
