Can you tell me what are the benefits of paying for VIP?

It is fine to pay extra, but wanted to know, since I do not have Alipay or Wechat payment (I remember foreign credit cards are not allowed), do you have another method of payment?

And could you help me understand Baidu online disk. Is that like a googke drive?
