Cannot Register on Baidu in US (Android)

I am unable to create an account on the Dusmart Speaker app (app no longer exists on Google Play Store) and cannot make an account to register for Baidu Netdisk app.
I am unable to download the video I purchased. Is there another way to download?

Mega.io should allow upload up to 20gb for free. I can download the file as I am a pro user.
